As a Trust, we are committed to continuously improving and learning from the complaints made by our patients and/or their relatives.
We are sorry when things go wrong or when patients do not get the quality of care that they should. All complaints are fully investigated and the lessons learnt are shared amongst the teams and across the Trust to avoid similar situations arising.
Since April 2014 we have asked complainants to provide consent for us to use their upheld complaints on our website. Whilst these are anonymous the issues identified are used as lessons learnt events. All of the upheld complaints can be found below.
